STAGES OF DESIGN

 

1 STEP / ALL DATA COLLECTION / week

  • Meeting with client.
  • Collecting all data for designing.
  • Property’s location. Maps.google.com or cadastral number. (if remotely)
  • Photographs (video) of the area, view points. (if remotely)
  • Topographical footage of your property. (it is important for properties with significant relief dip)
  • Development of detailed technical design task.
  • Contract conclusion.
  • Visiting the property.

2 STEP / CONCEPTUAL DESIGN / week 3-4

  • Development planning design solutions.
  • Development architectural facade’s solutions.
  • Development master plan.

​3 STEP / DRAFT PROJECT / week 3-5

  • Calculation and presentation all architectural and

​constructive solutions according to approved by client conceptual design. 

Preparation all necessary documentation for beginning construction work.

 

​4 STEP / READY PROJECT / 2-3 days

  • Completed and approved project. Print out of the project in two copies.
  • Sign the work completion certificate.

5 STEP / AUTHOR'S SUPERVISION / by agreement

  • Author’s supervision is included work field visits, consultation and

control after constructing observation due to architectural part.

If it is necessary, it is possible to order technical monitoring.

REMOTE DESIGN

 

If designing project is located in another region, district, city, country, the work is being done remotely. Mean of communication https://www.whatsapp.com/ и https://web.whatsapp.com/ . As a rule, when the client contacts architect, the client’s area is already in his/her property and the client has all necessary documents to start designing.
